1999 to 2000:

Good trader, Jeff is a great guy, and he doesn't try to pitch you or BS you. He will work with you to find out what YOU NEED, rather than try to sell you what he wants you to buy. All and all it was easy dealing with him. I will be doing business with him again.

What can I say? He is responsive, helpful, professional, honest, kind, and very considerate. I admit that I am a newbie and had a bunch of stupid questions about cables. He was incredibly patient for such a small shopper.
His delivery was fast (almost quicker than my check, sent to him for the balance), and enclosed was a detailed instruction for installing the cable (he customized the cable for the speaker I was getting - oh, by the way, he even contacted the speaker manufacturer to clarify the binding post measurement), which he typed for me. That kind of service is unheard of (I know I am an inexperienced newbie), and actually beyond word (please note that I did not buy crazy-expensive cable). I could never possibly imagine such a service in this country. Highly recommended and I will gladly do business with him again. I just wish I had known him when I started this hobby, and that he were in New York.

I recently bought a MSB Link DAC III from Jeff. The transaction went very smoothly and the item was shipped promptly. However, what really impressed me about Jeff was his post-sales service.There was a minor hum problem with the DAC and Jeff was very responsive to my concerns and provided me with several suggestions to try and get rid of the problem. Eventually, after we found out that the problem was a faulty power supply, he got MSB to ship me a new power supply. He was in touch with me via phone and email throughout this period and made me feel like he really cared that I have a good experience with the product. It is dealers like Jeff that make buying on the internet a rewarding (and risk-free)experience for audiophiles. He has my whole-hearted recommendation. I will definitely be doing business with him again.

Value is one of the best places to shop. I recently bought D.H. Labs Silver Sonic Speaker Cable from him at a very competitive price. And unlike most of the competition, he terminated the cables to the correct sized spades based on information I supplied him. He would not sell me the cables until he was absolutely sure that he had the correct setup for my equipment. How many dealers do that for you? And the termination job was the best I have seen.

I bought an eight-foot tri-wire (shotgun double for LF, single for HF) set of DH Labs T-14 speaker cable, with upgraded Audioquest silver spades from Jeff Delman. He spent some time with me on the phone (multiple calls) to make sure the cables would be exactly what I needed. All my gear is Audiolab 8000 series, and as there are no tone controls, I want ALL of the sound to get to my speakers. The sound is awesome for the price/performance. Crystal clear highs, tight controlled bass. I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend him; this is high quality low cost Hi-Fi.

I bought an eight foot bi-wire pair of DH Labs T-14 speaker cable from Jeff Delman. He spent some time with me on the phone to make sure the cables would be exactly what I needed. All my gear is old tube with small screw mounts for the speaker wire. Jeff went out of his way to find some custom spades that worked out perfectly. I would definately recommend him.

I recently purchased some DH Labs T-14 Silver Sonic speaker wire from Jeff and I must say he is THE BEST!! We live in Southeast Texas and we sent him the money on a Tuesday by regular post, and we recieved the cables on a Saturday - a 4 day turnaround, now that is FAST!! The craftmanship is A+ and he (Jeff) goes above and beyond the call of duty to please the customer. As we speak I am now trying to save some money for some interconnects which I must say he has been a BIG help in helping me make the right choice in the matter. I ask alot of questions and he hasn't hesitated to answer ALL of them. If you ever need the best service and I have to say the best cables Jeff is your man!!

Five Stars (*****) all the way. This is my first home theater and Jeff was very knowledgable, extremely helpful, and patient in helping me make the right decision. This man did research for me to find out if his product would be ideal for my system, instead of pushing his product like most salespeople. Anyone who deals with Jeff is assured of getting excellent advice, service, prompt response and delivery of product as he promises -- no sales pitch or BS; just straight facts. The DH Labs T-14 biwire I bought from him is simply wonderful. These guys are very knowledgable and trustworthy. I prepaid for some Silver Sonic speaker wires and the day they received my payment, they shipped the cables. Dealing with them was fast and pleasant and I'd do it again.
